June 19

Planning Board
June 19, 2019

The Waterford Planning Board June meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. In attendance were Bruce Sanborn, Ray Merrill, Ted Gerber, Tom Boughter Sr., Charles Tarbell, Recording Secretary Cindy Kimball and Chairman Colin Holme along with Code Enforcement Officer Bill Haynes.

The first item on the agenda was a review of the May minutes. Bruce made a motion to accept the minutes as presented. Charles seconded the motion and the vote was 5-0 in favor.

The second item was Chris and Cara Field with an application for a deck addition within the buffer zone to their home on McWain Pond. The deck will be 10' x 24' and will be built without disturbing existing vegetation and trees. The PB discussed that the application doesn't include lot size, setbacks and property lines and where the deck will be located in regards to the pond, deck height and building square footage, which is needed for the 30% calculation. Chris will return to the next meeting with the items noted and a check for the permit.

The last item on the agenda was Brian Rhea representing Sage Woods Subdivision in North Waterford, who presented a final application package. The subdivision was presented with five lots instead of the original eight intended. Bruce made a motion to approve the Sage Woods Subdivision application package as presented. Tom seconded the motion and the vote was 5-0 in favor. The Mylar was signed by the PB members, which will go to the Oxford County Registry of Deeds and a duplicate paper copy will stay at the town office. Charles will report the Finding of Facts at the next meeting.

Bruce made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:32 p.m. Tom seconded the motion and the vote was 5-0 in favor.

Respectfully submitted,
Cindy Kimball
