The February Planning Board meeting was called to order at 7 p.m. Members present were Bruce Sanborn, Charles Tarbell, Tom Boughter Sr., Recording Secretary Cindy Kimball and Chairman Colin Holme, along with Code Enforcement Officer Bill Haynes.
The first item on the agenda was a review of the January 2019 minutes. Bruce made a motion to accept them as presented. Tom seconded the motion and the vote was 4-0 in favor.
The next item on the agenda was review of a letter received from Rex and Eileen Rounds requesting an extension of their previously approved shoreland zoning building application on Keoka Lake. The letter explained that due to flood plain requirements they have moved the location of the house on the lot, bringing it further back from Keoka Lake. The original plot plan shows the house located 120 feet from the lake but exact details regarding the new location were not included in the new application. The request included an updated house plan which is almost the same footprint as the previous one, but with the garage attached instead of standing alone. Rex and Eileen will come to the March meeting and Bill will call to ask them to bring a modified plot plan showing the location of the house and garage on the lot.
A reminder that the site walk for Sage Woods Subdivision will be at 9 a.m. March 16 and the public hearing will be held at 6:30 p.m. before next month's PB meeting.
Bruce made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:17 p.m. Charles seconded the motion and the vote was 4-0 in favor.
