2023 Dump Sticker

If your sticker doesn't look like this, please stop by the town office for a new one, or click here to fill out an online registration form. You can then either pick up your sticker at the town office or have it mailed to you. New stickers will be required for entry to the transfer station beginning January 1, 2024.




If weather closes the transfer station,
it will be open the following day.

Construction and Demolition Debris Fees

The March, 2006 Waterford Town Meeting approved establishing fees for the disposal of Construction & Demolition Debris at the W.A.S.T.E. Transfer Station. The fee structure was updated at the 2012 meeting. These fees are:

  • Minimum fee…………………………………………… $10 & 25
  • Small pickup truck (short bed)……………  $50
  • Regular pickup (long bed)….……………….$100
  • Dump truck or trailer……………………………$200

These fees became effective May 1, 2006 and were updated March 4, 2012.

The fees will be paid by the disposer of the Construction & Demolition Debris* with $25 vouchers intended for this purpose. Vouchers, amounting to the required value, shall be given to the Transfer Station Attendant before unloading. Vouchers can be purchased at the following locations:

  • Waterford Town Office
  • Stoneham Town Office
  • Melby’s Market, North Waterford
  • AJ's, Stoneham

*Construction and Demolition Debris: waste resulting from construction, remodeling, or demolition of structures. It includes, but not limited to, building materials, asphalt shingles and roofing, and any similar materials. It does not include asbestos products and other special wastes, which must be disposed of at an approved hazardous waste site. (Furniture, mattresses, tires and white goods are not classified as Construction & Demolition Debris)
