Carding Mill Sign Dedicated
The Waterford Historical Society and the Friends of City Brook officially dedicated the commemorative sign for the Hapgood/Hamlin carding mill Saturday, May 27, 2017. Two dozen attended the brief ceremony. Friends of City Brook President Bob Spencer, left, explained that the informational sign is the first of several planned for the walking trail along the historic brook.
