Elm Vale arch restoration completed
Justin Grover is shown in late November attaching the lettering for Elm Vale Cemetery signaling the completion of the westerly arch rebuilding project by PDJ Construction of Waterford. The historic arch restoration was funded entirely from donations. A new fundraising campaign will begin this winter to restore the easterly archway.
